Overview

Commercial stainless steel kitchen sinks with integrated faucets and floor sink in a clean industrial kitchen setting.

The Floor Sink features radius corners, a tapered drain bottom, and a specially designed grate to ensure that there are no harborage points where bacteria can grow. Cleaning is simple thanks to our integrated strainer baskets. Tamper-Proof Magnetic Strainers are available for added facility security.

HYGIENIC DESIGN
Constructed from premium T304/T316 stainless steel, our hygienic drains feature passivated surfaces, rounded corners, and no-niche designs. This eliminates pooling liquids and harborage points, controlling odors by mitigating bacterial growth. High-grade materials paired with robust manufacturing practices deliver durable drainage that meets or exceeds industry standards (NSF/ANSI/3-A) and supports internationally recognized certification programs (GFSI/SQF/BRGCS).
EASY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
We make maintenance a breeze by designing from the ground up with accessibility in mind. Rounded corners and no-niche designs leave no sharp corners where dirt and grime can hide. Our integrated strainer baskets are easy to remove and empty to manage solids and keep your system clear of debris. Paired with accessories like our Flush-Flo system, custom-fit Cleaning Paddles, and CIP capabilities, our drains reduce downtime and daily labor while maintaining cleanliness in your facility.

CUSTOM ENGINEERED
Say goodbye to premiums for drafting, design engineering, and consultation services. Customization is baked into our in-house model and included directly in the original sales quote. We blueprint, manufacture, and ship all under one roof, allowing us to match client requirements quickly and nimbly. Bridge the gap between design and reality and match custom orders with standard lead times by speaking with one of our drainage design experts today.
FILTERING SYSTEM
To maintain function without clogging, our drains use strainer baskets to intercept solids/debris before they enter wastewater piping. These filtering systems can be customized for your application through perforation size and density as well as basket style. These integrated strainers prevent underground blockages and allow for easy retrieval of lost items. SOP’s write themselves with this system, providing employees with clear direction, reducing downtime, and ensuring consistent performance.
