ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to confirm the components of your order.
SHIPPING RATES
- US & Canada: Free shipping on all orders over $1,000. For orders under $1,000, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Non-Contiguous US: A flat rate of $500 applies to all orders (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and all US offshore territories). Please note: These locations are excluded from the free shipping offer.
SHIPPING TIMES:
- Standard US Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Non-Contiguous US Shipping: (Including Alaska, Hawaii, and all US offshore territories) 10-15 business days
- Standard Canada Shipping: 5-8 business days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Global Drain Technologies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. See our Refund Policy for further details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@globaldraintech.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
