Cone Area Drain with lid and strainer basket

Our Area Drains feature a continuous-slope, fully drainable body and a no-niche hygienic design. They are recommended for rooms or localized processes that do not require linear drainage.

The Cone Area Drain provides a conical base that evacuates liquids at an accelerated rate for high-hygiene, high-flow applications. It comes standard with customizable options such as lids/grates, strainer baskets, and secondary locking strainers.

This drain is offered in both round-top and square-top configurations. Customers often choose round top for liquid-applied coatings and square top for tiled applications.

Our designs are fully compliant with NSF/ANSI/3-A standards. This means a smooth drain interior with fully radiused edges & no sharp corners, which could harbor bacterial growth.

Constructed from premium T304/T316 stainless steel, our hygienic drains feature passivated surfaces, rounded corners, and no-niche designs. This eliminates pooling liquids and harborage points, controlling odors by mitigating bacterial growth. Our integrated strainer baskets are easy to remove and empty to manage solids and keep your system clear of debris. While optional, Clean-in-Place systems simplify and streamline sanitizing processes.

FILTERING SYSTEM
To maintain function without clogging, our drains use strainer baskets to intercept solids/debris before it enters wastewater piping. These filtering systems can be customized for your application through perforation size and density as well as basket style. These integrated strainers prevent underground blockages and allow for easy retrieval of lost items.
